Our classes are for beginner to advanced level. The main thing is we have fun, while learning about cooking BBQ. From first time cookers, to seasoned veteran competition cooks the classes will have something for all of you.  It's always a fun crowd and I'll teach you what some BBQ legends have taught me over the years.
